Dr. Michael Chen, DO

Dr. Chen attended Brigham Young University and received a degree in molecular biology. He then completed medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Subsequent to a transitional internship in Portland, Oregon, Dr. Chen did his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Stanford University. After residency, Dr. Chen completed an interventional spine and pain fellowship through the Utah Center for Pain Management and Research in Provo, Utah. Dr. Chen founded Alta Pain Physicians in 2010.

Dr. Angela Krull, MD

JASON SNYDER, PA-C

Jason graduated from Brigham Young University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health. He worked in pain management as a medical assistant and OR technician for a couple of years before attending PA school at University of Florida.

Elizabeth Ashby, PA-C

Liz was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, prior to relocating to the beautiful mountains of Utah. She graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training and utilized this degree for several years in a non-operative sport medicine practice at Intermountain Healthcare.

She attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, from which she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, cooking, gardening, and enjoying all that the Utah outdoors have to offer.
