Dr. Michael Chen, DO
Dr. Chen attended Brigham Young University and received a degree in molecular biology. He then completed medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Subsequent to a transitional internship in Portland, Oregon, Dr. Chen did his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Stanford University. After residency, Dr. Chen completed an interventional spine and pain fellowship through the Utah Center for Pain Management and Research in Provo, Utah. Dr. Chen founded Alta Pain Physicians in 2010.
JASON SNYDER, PA-C
Jason graduated from Brigham Young University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health. He worked in pain management as a medical assistant and OR technician for a couple of years before attending PA school at University of Florida.
Shane Green, PA
Shane Green graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and chemistry. He then completed a master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Pacific University in Portland, Oregon. Shane has substantial experience in pain management, having practiced in the field since 2007. He joined Alta Pain Physicians in 2017 as a vital part of our team.
