SAM MCAFFEE - Practice Manager
Hey there! As the manager of Alta Pain Physicians I am happy to have the chance to work with you all! I’ve had over 10 years of experience in pain management and throughly enjoy helping our patients. I have been married 10 years this summer to an amazing man and have 3 wonderful kids. I love to be with my family outside in our backyard, doing the soccer game thing or visiting St. George on weekends. In my spare time I enjoy learning new musical instruments and spending time crafting.

I’m Nicole, Alta Pain Physicians medical document scanner and indexer. I am passionate about organizing information and ensuring everything finds it’s proper place in our digital charting system. I am a mother of four children and enjoy spending time outdoors with my family.
